A Bit About My Nova Scotia Practice
I am originally from Nova Scotia and have a deep connection to my province. It is a special place that I love returning to whenever I have the chance. I had always wanted to move back home and practice, but life had other plans (as it often does!). I still wanted to offer Nova Scotians the level of care and expertise that I know they deserve, so I opened up a telemedicine practice just for them!

Naturopathic Initial Visit
Your first visit with Dr. Kerr is an opportunity to explore your health concerns, goals, and personal story in depth. She’ll review your medical history, and may suggest lab testing to better understand your body’s needs. In follow-up visits, Dr. Kerr will build a comprehensive treatment plan, track your progress, adjust treatments as needed, and provide ongoing support.

Lab testing & Functional testing
To better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, Dr. Kerr may recommend laboratory or functional testing. These tests offer valuable insights into areas such as digestion, hormones, metabolism, immunity, and nutrient status. The results help guide more personalized and targeted treatment strategies.

Supplements
Supplements can play a valuable role in correcting deficiencies and supporting specific health concerns, but they work best when they are targeted and intentional. Dr. Kerr takes an evidence based approach, using high-quality supplements only when needed. Each recommendation is tailored to your goals, ensuring they enhance your care. Dr. Kerr also holds a prescribing licence in BC and is well versed in herb-drug interactions and nutrient-drug interactions.
